Where does this data come from?
Each figure is either taken from the airfield or flying school's own published fee schedule (linked as a source on every page) or reported by a pilot and manually checked before it goes live. Nothing is a live feed.
Why do some airfields have no data at all?
Many UK strips, gliding sites and private fields don't publish fuel prices, fees or hire rates anywhere online. We show what's known and flag what isn't, rather than guessing.
How do I know if a price is still accurate?
Every price carries a badge: verified within 30 days, updated 1–3 months ago, or unverified beyond 90 days. Treat unverified prices as a starting point, not a quote.
How do I correct a price?
Use the "Report a price" link next to any figure, or the standalone Report a Price page. Three fields, no account needed. We check submissions manually before publishing.
I run an airfield — can I manage my own page?
Yes. Use "Manage this airfield" on your airfield's page and verify with an email address on your airfield's own domain. Verified operators can update their data directly.
Is this a booking service?
No. Airfield Atlas is informational only. We don't take bookings or payments, and pilots should always confirm PPR and fuel availability directly with the airfield before flying.
